The Office does not consider crime telephone data collection that the NSA did in Spain

The Prosecution considers that the "massive collection of metadata generated by mobile communications" related to Spain that made the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) no criminality and "there is no evidence to suspect that is accessed private information of any person or intimate, or have been intercepted or intervened communications Spain or Spanish citizens".
