Countries that have signed and ratified the global convention against cybercrime (Budapest 2001)

The CONVENTION of Budapest 2001 , main objective has been to establish clear rules and coordinated among the states to deal with the fight against cybercrime. The signatories were only 54 , ratifying only 42 and 17 reglamentandola its law.
